For breakfast this morning, I had a quick cup of coffee and a couple hard boiled eggs. I also had: a bowl of plain Greek yogurt (6oz), 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp almonds and 1/2 cup diced cantaloupe. I added 1/2 tsp of fruit punch crystal light to my yogurt to flavor it up.

I’m still studying graphic design and I love it.
The last year as been ridiculously great. I fell in love with my best friend, I won an prize at school, I moved out in a cute little home, I got a job,… everything is so perfect it’s scary! Now I just need to get healthy and start loving my body.
I try my best to make everyday a great day but it’s still hard because of my social anxiety. I still spend the most of my time daydreaming. I focus a lot less on food because of my lover. It’s a great thing I guess. We are trying to get fit together (just trying ahah) we always end up watching movies instead of working out.
So i’m back here to get some tips and help! :)
I don’t weight myself everyday like before (mainly because my scale doesn’t have battery but I guess it’s a great thing too).
